This website is run by James Hayes, trading as Fresh Coat (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, town or postcode, details of the work and any photos you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, arrange and carry out the work. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can refer back to your quote, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records for completed jobs may be kept longer for accounting purposes.

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and to protect the quote forms from spam.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing freshcoatessex@hotmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
